Lance Marwood
Lance Marwood is a writer by trade. He lives in Hamilton, Ontario, with his family.
The Cherale is his debut novella. Of it, he says: “It’s about voice, and not having one. About trying to find oneself and coming up against your own demons.”
He came up in Toronto’s hardcore punk scene, playing shows and living low, and has written for V13.net since 2015. More than three hundred articles, most of them about heavy music and the people who make it.
His second book, Torturer, is serialized in Verse & Vision.
