Lance Marwood is a horror author, journalist, and podcast host from Caledon East, Ontario. His debut novel, The Cherale, was published by V13 Press in 2025 — a story of generational trauma, cosmic dread, and the thin membrane between sacrifice and survival.

Since 2015, Lance has served as a journalist and Director of Communications at V13 Media, where he has published over 500 articles and conducted more than 100 interviews spanning horror, heavy music, and independent art. He hosts the MAKE // BREAK podcast, a weekly conversation about the creative process and the people committed to making things that matter.
